Shipping cost is calculated per product and shown at checkout.
Free shipping on orders above Rs. 999/-
COD charges: Rs. 50/-
Delivery within 7-10 days in metro cities and 10-15 days for other locations.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather or strikes.

Address & Delivery

Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Address changes must be communicated within 24 hours of order placement.
If multiple products need to be shipped to different addresses, place separate orders.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

5. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Pre-shipment cancellations (within 24 hours of placing an order) are eligible for a 100% refund.
Ready-to-ship items cannot be canceled as they are dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods, sanitary products.
Opened or tampered packaging will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned product.
