Return and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

Before Shipment (Within 24 Hours):

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • A 98% refund will be processed, with 2% deducted to cover transaction charges.

After 24 Hours:

  • Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders marked as “Ready to Ship” cannot be canceled once placed.

Incomplete Information:

  • If any details (such as shipping address, measurements, etc.) are missing or incorrect, we will contact you for clarification.
  • If there is no response within 15 days, your order will be put on hold.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for size issues in apparel or any other product categories where size details are clearly provided.
  • To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized products
  • Perishable items
  • Intimate wear
  • Sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials

Important Notes:

  • Opened or damaged packages will not be accepted unless the product is damaged in transit.
  • Please ensure you verify the packaging and product condition before accepting delivery.
  • We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing an order for apparel.
  • During the T-shirt printing process, minor colour dots may appear, particularly on white T-shirts. These are normal and do not affect the overall quality of the product. Exchanges will only be considered in cases of major damage or manufacturing defects.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Upon receiving your return:

  • We will notify you by email whether your return has been accepted or rejected.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Approved returns may result in:

4. Shipping Returns
